The college organized a Yoga Session for the First-Year Students on 19 November 2025 at the campus Yoga Hall. The session was conducted to promote physical fitness, emotional balance, and mental well-being among students.
Trained yoga instructors guided the students through a series of warm-up exercises, basic yoga asanas,stretching routines, and breathing techniques. The purpose of the session was to help students understand the importance of building a healthy lifestyle, improving concentration, and managing academic stress effectively.
