Dear Prospective Students and Parents/Guardians,

We are delighted to welcome you to Chaitanya College, where excellence in education meets a nurturing environment for personal growth. Here are the important points regarding our admission criteria, rules, and necessary documents for admission to our Pre University Course:

Eligibility : Any candidate who has successfully passed the 10th Standard examination conducted by the Karnataka State Board or any other equivalent examination recognized by the institution is eligible for admission to the Pre-University Course.

1. All admissions are considered provisional and are subject to approval by the Pre-University Board.
2. Candidates are admitted based on their performance and marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
3. Admitted students are expected to strictly adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the college.
4. Admissions are granted on a year-to-year basis. Students must re-enroll 2nd year PU at the beginning of each academic year to continue their studies at Chaitanya College.
5. Students become eligible for promotion to the next class upon meeting specific conditions, including minimum attendance, satisfactory academic progress, and good conduct.
6. The Principal holds the right to grant or deny admission.

1. Completed Application Form: A fully filled application form is essential.
2. Original Transfer Certificate: Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school.
3. Mark Sheets: Attested copy of the SSLC (or equivalent) Marks Card during the time of admission and the original SSLC Marks Card to be presented later.
4. Passport Photos: Six recent passport-size color photographs.
5. Income/Caste Certificates: Three photocopies of Income and Caste certificates, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer (original certificates to be submitted during admission if applicable).
6. Aadhar Card Copy: Photocopy of the Aadhar Card.
7. Bank Passbook: Copy of the student's bank passbook.
8. Physically Handicapped Documentation: Certified documents for physically handicapped students.

• No Fee Refunds: Once admitted, candidates cannot claim a refund of the fees paid.
• Good Conduct: Students with undesirable antecedents or improper conduct may not be allowed to continue to the next class.
• Mandatory Presence: Parents or guardians (if parents are not alive) must accompany the student during the admission process.
• Migration Certificate: Candidates from other states seeking admission to I and II PUC must provide a Migration Certificate from the PU Board.
• Online Submission: E-applications can be downloaded from the college website and submitted online. However, a hard copy of the application must be submitted for the admission process to be finalized.
